Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Free from stains, odours, pet hair, or damage.

• Returned with all original tags attached.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We're happy to exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Oversized Fit

Many Dear Ocean garments are intentionally designed with an oversized fit. Please review the size guide before placing your order.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items

• Personalized or custom products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.

• Your full name

• The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange

• The reason for your return
